Mary Beth Armstrong, L.Ac.

Mary Beth Armstrong received her Masters degree from the Pacific College in San Diego in 1993. She is licensed in California and New York. She is also accredited through NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) in acupuncture and herbology Since returning to Sag Harbor in 1994, Mary Beth has been studying with 40th generation Taoist master Jeffrey Yuen with a focus on advanced acupuncture techniques and herbal medicine and the psycho spiritual aspects of dis-ease. In 2000 she traveled to China to study herbs and acupuncture in hospitals in Bejing, Xian, and Shanghai. As part of her healing journey, she also traveled to Brazil in 1998 and 1999 to visit John of God. She has also studied Pranic healing, qi gong, tai chi, Bach flowers, Muscle Activation Technique and has done Byron Katie’s School for the Work.

Mary Beth has been practicing in Sag Harbor since 1994. The focus of her practice is based on the family doctor of the past. She is from Sag Harbor and has known many of her clients since childhood. Having a long term history with clients gives a broad perspective on their health history making it easier to spot issues from the beginning. Mary Beth welcomes new clients as well and enjoys creating a supportive and healing relationship and environment. Her focus is on well being, keeping clients healthy and living long active lives.
